Custom miniature house · designed from your photos

The house you grew up in, in the toy you grew up with.

Send us photos of a home that mattered — the one you were raised in, the one you just bought, the one your parents are leaving. We design it brick by brick, you approve every detail, and it arrives ready to build together or already built.

How it works

Four steps. You're in control of the one that matters.

Every other custom keepsake asks you to pay and hope. We don't build a single brick until you've seen your house and said yes.

Day 1

Send photos

The front of the house is essential; more angles make it better. Listing photos, phone photos, an old scan — all fine. Building new? Send the elevation drawings instead.

Day 2–5

See it before it exists

We design your model and send a render from the same angle as your photo, side by side with the real house. Check the roofline, the windows, the front door.

You decide

Approve, or change it

Unlimited revisions, free. Wrong brick color, missing porch detail, want the old oak tree in — tell us. Nothing is packed until you approve.

Day 6–24

Built & shipped

Your bricks are picked, bagged in build order with a printed step-by-step booklet, boxed and shipped. Most orders are in your hands in 3–4 weeks. Tell us your date — we build around it.

The only question that matters

Will it actually look like the house?

It's what everyone buying a custom keepsake quietly worries about, and nobody in this category says it out loud. So we will: you judge the likeness before we build, next to your own photo.

YOUR PHOTO — the house as it stands
YOUR MODEL — approved by you, then built

Approved by you, or fully refunded.

If we can't get the design to a place you love — after unlimited revisions — you get every dollar back and owe us nothing. Every seller in this category says "no returns on custom items." We'd rather earn the order.

Every home has a story

The houses people ask us to build

The classic

The house you grew up in

Maybe your parents still live there. Maybe another family does now. Either way, it's still the front door you see when someone says "home." A model on the mantel brings it back — and this one, you build with your own hands.

The milestone

Their first home

The bravest check they ever wrote. A model of the house makes the milestone something you can hold — and assembling it together on move-in weekend is the part that gets photographed.

The goodbye

The house they're leaving

Downsizing after thirty years. The kids raised, the kitchen painted twice. Every gift says "welcome home" — almost none say goodbye. This is the one keepsake that makes more sense for the seller than the buyer.

No photos yet

The house that isn't built

New construction is the hardest home to celebrate — there's nothing to photograph until the moment has passed. We work straight from the builder's elevation drawings, so the model can be there before the drywall is.

For real estate agents

Built for agents who close more than once.

  • Your logo goes on the box — never on the model. Your client wants a gift, not an ad. The box is what they see first anyway; the model is what they keep.
  • Volume pricing that accumulates. 10% off at 5 units, 15% at 10, 20% at 25 — counted across the whole year, not per order. Nine closings a year gets you there.
  • You already have everything we need. The listing photos on your MLS sheet are the whole intake. Send them, tell us the closing date, done.
  • Sellers, not just buyers. Half your closings are listings, and every gift on the market says "welcome home." A model of the house they're leaving is the one that says goodbye — and it's the one they'll cry over.
76%

of repeat buyers interview only one agent. The gift isn't the point — being the agent they still think of in four years is the point. A model of their house sits on the mantel. A gift card doesn't.

21%
of an agent's business comes from past-client referrals
~41%
of the pipeline comes from existing relationships

Questions

Asked honestly, answered honestly

Will it actually look like my house?

You decide — before we build. We send a render from the same angle as your photo, next to the real thing. Check the roofline, the window layout, the front door: those are the three things people recognize a house by. Unlimited revisions, free. If we can't get it right, full refund.

Honest expectation-setting: a brick model is a loving abstraction, not a photograph. At this scale the house is unmistakably yours — the shape, the colors, the porch, the tree — rendered in the medium you grew up with.

Are these real LEGO® bricks?

No — and we'd rather tell you plainly than let you find out later. We build with premium ABS bricks fully compatible with LEGO® bricks; your family can mix them with any sets you already own. If you specifically want authentic LEGO® parts, other studios do that — it typically runs $800–3,500 and takes three to eight months. Ours runs $499–699 and takes about three weeks.

How big is the model?

The Full House is roughly 15 × 15 cm (6 × 6 in) on its base — we publish exact dimensions and a scale photo on every listing before you pay. As far as we can tell, we're the only maker in this category that does. If you want it larger, ask — bigger sizes are quoted per house.

Kit or already built — which should I choose?

The kit is the experience: bagged in build order with a printed booklet, it's a Saturday afternoon around the kitchen table in the new house. Choose assembled when the moment calls for finished — a retirement gift, an anniversary, a recipient who'd rather admire than build. Assembled models ship foam-packed with an optional display case.

How long does it take?

Design and render in 2–5 days. After your approval, building, quality check and shipping take about two to three weeks. Most orders are in hand within 3–4 weeks of the day you send photos. Working against a closing date or a birthday? Tell us the date in the order form — we plan the build around it.

What if a piece is missing or breaks?

We ship replacement bricks free, for as long as you own the model. Pieces get lost — under couches, into vacuum cleaners. That's not a reason anyone should be embarrassed.

Can you do a business, a church, a duplex — or a house that's gone?

Yes, yes, yes — and yes, more often than you'd think. If photos exist, we can build from them; for buildings that are gone, old family photos plus your memories are usually enough. For commercial buildings we model the architecture and leave third-party signage off, unless the brand is yours.
