A brick model of the house your client just bought — or just sold — built from the listing photos you already have. You approve a render before anything is built, and we plan the build around your closing date.
of repeat buyers interview only one agent. The gift isn't the point — being the agent they still think of in four years is. A model of their house lives on the mantel. A wine bottle doesn't.
Reply with any active or recent listing and we'll design it and send you the render — free, no commitment, usually within two business days. You'll know exactly what your client would receive before you spend a dollar.
Because you already have professional listing photos, our design step is fast — and an agent who sees their own listing as a model rarely needs convincing. If the render isn't right, tell us what to change or walk away. Nothing is built, nothing is owed.

The IRS caps business-gift deductions at $25 per recipient per year — that surprises a lot of agents. Branded marketing materials are often treated differently from gifts. We're not accountants: ask yours, and we'll give you an itemized invoice either way. What we won't do is invent a tax theory for you.
Because your client wants a gift, not an ad — and a logo on the model turns an heirloom into a promo item that gets boxed up. Your brand goes on the gift box and the card, which is what they see at the handoff. The model stays theirs. That's exactly why it stays on the mantel — with your name attached to the memory of who gave it.
A closing gift given as a genuine thank-you, with no strings attached, is normal practice. What creates problems is tying gifts to referrals or future business. Our volume pricing is based on how many you buy — never on referrals. If your brokerage caps gift values, ask us — dimensions are customizable, and a smaller complete house can be quoted to fit your cap.
Two business days, no commitment. If you love it, we build it in time for closing.
